Where our clients come from

Areas we serve

We are on 61st Street, three minutes' walk from the station, which means most of western Queens is twenty minutes away and a fair number of clients come from Manhattan because the parking is easier and the price list is published.

Three minutes' walk from the 61st Street–Woodside station — the 7 train, the Long Island Rail Road, and the Q32, Q60, Q66 and Q70 buses all stop within a block. There is metered parking on 61st Street and a short loading bay outside the door. The entrance is step-free, all four suites are on one level, and the recovery room is beside the door if you would rather sit for ten minutes before walking back out.

The book fills in a pattern you could set a calendar by, and it is worth knowing because two of our busiest seasons are the two worst times of year to start certain treatments. October through February is resurfacing season, because those treatments want you out of strong sun and most people are indoors anyway. April brings everybody who has just realised there is a wedding in June, which is four weeks too late for several things on this website, and we will say so. Late May brings the laser hair enquiries, which is also late — a full course runs across months, so the sensible time to start is the previous autumn. If you have a date in mind, tell us the date first and we will work backwards from it honestly, including telling you when it cannot be done.

A written plan and a written price before anything is booked

Book a consultation

Pick a clinician and an hour from the calendar — it shows only the times each of them genuinely has free. A consultation is a full hour at a table with no treatment couch in the room, and it costs $85, or $120 with the medical director. If you go ahead, that comes off your first treatment. If we tell you the answer is nothing, or a dermatologist, it costs exactly the same.
